LunarShell plans

Non-AI modules are free, with a limited Luna preview for AI. Pro costs ¥480/month or ¥4,200/year and includes 120 weekly Moon Credits. Max costs ¥1,800/month or ¥14,000/year and includes 500 weekly Moon Credits. Personal AI keys are not supported. Paid included credits refresh weekly without rollover, including annual subscriptions. Free has a one-time allowance for AI text features. Voice mode requires Pro or Max. Renewal and cancellation terms are shown before purchase.

Subscription renewal and cancellation

Listed JPY subscription prices include applicable tax. Subscriptions renew automatically monthly or annually until canceled; annual plans are charged in one payment. Cancel before renewal to prevent the next charge. Paid access normally continues through the paid period. Use billing management in the app to cancel. For purchases sold through Link, you can also use the management link in your receipt.

LunarShell subscription refunds

Request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days, for either a monthly or annual plan. Renewal payments are refundable on request within 7 days if you have not used paid AI since that renewal. Otherwise, we do not offer routine prorated refunds for unused time or credits. A full refund ends the refunded paid access and stops further renewal. Canceling renewal does not itself request a refund.

Request a refund at contact@moonstat.io with your purchase email and receipt reference; do not send card details. For purchases sold through Link, you may also request a refund through Link support. Statutory consumer rights, applicable cooling-off rights and the merchant of record’s refund decisions take precedence.

LunarShell app

LunarShell is a monitoring and convenience utility, not a safety certification or guarantee against heat-related damage. The app is exclusive to Apple Silicon MacBooks (M-series devices). Do not obstruct MacBook vents, and stop use if macOS reports serious or critical thermal conditions.

Thermal testing and use

Thermal testing was performed with a MacBook Pro with M1 Max under sustained peak workloads. Results vary by model, thermal characteristics, workload, ambient temperature, vent geometry, battery condition, and fit. Keep every intake and vent unobstructed, monitor the device, and stop use immediately if temperatures rise or a warning appears. Use of closed-lid operation is at your own risk.
